Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a fragrance-free, hydrating toner containing 70% rice extract and niacinamide designed to brighten uneven skin tone and balance oil production.
Enriched with ceramide AP and NP, it soothes irritations and strengthens the skin barrier, while sodium hyaluronate and betaine provide deep hydration and reduce inflammation.

1- Cleanse your face before using toner
2- Apply a sufficient amount to your hand or cotton pad
3- Lightly pat on your face or lightly pass the cotton pad over your face
4- Wait about 1 minute for the product to be absorbed and move on to the next step: the essence

You can use toner as a mask:
1- Wet the toner sufficiently on a cotton pad
2- Apply to the affected areas
3- Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes
