Refund policy

Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order
to make a return.
Beyond this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns or proceed with
a refund.

Conditions of eligibility for return
For your return to be accepted, the product(s) must meet the conditions
following:
● Be new, unused
● Be in their original condition (unopened, undamaged)
● Be returned in their complete original packaging
● Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items on sale or on promotion cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Do not return your items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the
receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If the return is validated, the refund will be made to your payment method
initial, within a few days.
● Initial delivery charges are not refunded.
● If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Late or missing refund
If you have not yet received your refund:
1. First check your bank account.
2. Contact your bank or card issuing company:
a processing delay may apply.
3. If you still haven't received anything after a few days, contact us at

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like an exchange for an identical product, please email us at

● Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
They are not refundable.
● If you are returning high value products, we recommend that you
to use a trackable service or insure your shipment.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
