Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected:
- Mondial Relay : 3 to 6 working days
- Standard delivery : 2 to 5 working days
- Chrono2Shop : 1 to 2 working days
- Express delivery : 1 to 2 working days
The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on transport and order processing conditions.

Delivery costs are fixed according to the method chosen.
They are clearly indicated at the validation stage of your order.
- Free standard delivery for purchases over €50
- Free express delivery for purchases over €80
(Excluding delivery costs and after applying the promo code)

Yes, we ship internationally!
Seven Young is located in the European Union (EU):
- No customs fees for deliveries within the EU (e.g. Belgium, Germany, Spain, etc.)
- Customs or VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, French overseas departments and territories, etc.)
These fees are the customer's responsibility and depend on the regulations of each country. We advise you to check locally before ordering.

Promo codes do not apply on :

Of course! You just need to provide a delivery address different when ordering. Add a personalized message in the notes if you wish.

If a product you want is out of stock, click the button "Notify me when this product is available" on the product page.
You will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.

Yes, some products can be pre-ordered when they are currently being restocked or are upcoming exclusives.
- Shipping is as soon as the product is back in stock, usually within about 1 week.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on our suppliers.

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
If you ordered during these periods, your package will be processed on next working day.
Orders placed on a Friday may also be shipped the following Monday, depending on the time of order.

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at contact@sevenyoung.com to modify or cancel it. Once sent, no changes can be made.

If you did not receive the confirmation email immediately after placing your order, remember to check two things:
- That your order has been validated (you can check in your customer account or see if the payment has been debited)
- That your email address is correct (and that the email is not in your spam or junk mail)
If necessary, contact us at contact@sevenyoung.com — we will send you the confirmation again.

If your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible.
We are launching a complaint to the carrier for investigation.
However, in accordance with the legislation, we cannot be held responsible in case of theft after confirmed delivery (in mailbox, to a neighbor, or according to delivery instructions).
We recommend that you file a complaint with your local authorities and check with your home insurance to see if this type of loss is covered.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:
- Make a return by contacting us. We will guide you through the process.

Not all products are available in store, but you can order online and choose “Pick up in store / Click & Collect” at the time of payment.
Your order will be available from 24h (working day) after validation.
An email will inform you as soon as it is ready.
