"J'ai bien reçu ma commande (tout intact). Malheureusement, elle n'a pas été livré à mon adresse comme demandé lors du paiement. Je suis déçu pour cela. Et pourtant, ce n'est pas la 1e fois que je commande chez vous. J'ai dû aller la retirer à 6km de chez moi. Hors, j'ai payé les frais pour une livraison à domicile. J'estime que la différence me devrais être remboursé quel qu'en soit le montant. J'espère que la prochaine fois, ça ne sera pas ainsi, au risque de perdre une cliente.
