Your skin may be very sensitive to Betaine Salicylate, Seven Young team recommends using the product once a week to allow your skin adapt to it. Then over time you can use the product 2-3 times a week.
When you use the product, avoid any other products containing AHA and BHA acids, retinol or vitamin C.
1- After cleansing your skin, use a cotton pad and apply an appropriate amount to your skin
2- Concentrate on congested areas such as the T-zone
3- Wait for the product to be fully absorbed and then proceed to the next step
4- Use the product preferably at night and protect your skin from UV rays by using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30
